Does this mean I can actually use the pieces or are they just for display?

Do I need to wash or clean anything before returning?

Nope, just repack and send it back!

There’s no need to wash napkins or blankets and no polishing required for decor pieces.

We take care of the cleaning, laundering, and sanitizing so everything arrives beautiful (and clean!) for the next customer.

What counts as normal wear and tear?

Normal use is expected. Minor signs of living, like light fabric wear, are all part of the Spruce experience.

If something is accidentally damaged or broken, just let us know. We understand life happens, and we’ll guide you through next steps.

What if I accidentally break something or a piece arrives broken?

Don’t stress, it happens.

If an item is damaged or breaks during normal use, simply reach out as soon as you notice. We’ll review and follow up if anything is needed.

Our goal is to make decorating joyful, not stressful!

Will the decor will fit my space and style?
